Mohamed Alkhliwi is one of the prominent lawyers in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the founder of MAA Law Firm, a leading legal practice based in Riyadh.
For over a decade, Mohamed has established a strong reputation in litigation, commercial law, and regulatory advisory services.
Before founding MAA Law Firm in 2017, Mohamed worked at Al-Enezi Law Firm in association with Squire Patton Boggs (formerly Squire Sanders), as well as with EKP and HFW.
Following the establishment of MAA, he entered into strategic partnerships—first with Diaz Reus & Targ LLP in 2018, and then with HFW in 2019, where he served as a partner until April 1, 2025.
